Library Thing#11

This was a great tool to use. What an easy way to catalogue your own books from home! No more looking up LCSH to see what cataloguing numbers etc. to use. This worked well for books from U.S.A. Two Australian books I put on my booklist, I had to manually enter in myself. Overall it makes catalouging your home bookshelf quite easy. Congratulations LibraryThing!http://www.librarything.com/catalog/fordang61

Generators #10

This was a great exercise to try. Many different pictures to choose from. I found this particular one under "generator blog". I then found this one under "Airline sign generator". This is such a novel way to enhance your photos. I have often wondered how people can make speech bubbles come out of the "mouths" of photos.

News Feeds#9

I found most of these were easy to use. Especially Google blog search and feedster. Topix was great in that it let you search by keyword which made things easy to search also.

Rss Feeds#8

I finally worked this one out. Signing up to Bloglines wasn't that hard, but trying to copy the links was. It took me 20 mins to do this. Maybe I'm just technologically challenged.

Technology#7

We have come such a long way with technology. Where would we be without the photocopier? The ideal tool to use for making life so much easier. No more writing out numerous pages of text. No need for people to rip out patterns and recipes out of magazines and books. It has made life so much easier for many different people in many different jobs and walks of life. This photo was obtained from the publibraries webpage.

Flicker #6 Toys

Looking at the FD toys was interesting, especially the section on making your own name badges. This would be just great for your next family reunion. They looked so professional, just like a driver's licence.
